We do not charge our customer any Trial fees.

You can try upto 3 Products per order.

We are planning to increase the number of Trial Products to 5, keep tuned to receive the update.

You can try your ordered products for upto 30 mins to 45 mins. TIF executive will also explain about the product and assist in selecting best product for you.

Our TIF Executive carries the sealed Genuine Products of all the items you have requested for Trial.

If you like the product after Trial you can pay for your Selected Product/s and collect unopened / sealed pack product from the TIF Executive.

Yes, we do support orders without Trial as well.

We would generally like all our customers to do a Trial First, so that they are sure about the products they are buying!

If the customer has already tried this in earlier order or he/she already owns it or its a reorder, we would recommend for a Direct / Non-Trial Order.

In this case, the customer can chose the Direct Order while checking out and it would be delivered as per your schedule.

You can raise the Warranty Return from the Order and select the product which is defective. Select the problem you are facing and submit the request. 

Our Customer Support will get in touch to understand the problem and possibly provide the resolution. If it is unresolved over call / whatsapp, we will provide for a Free Pickup of your defective product and submit at the Manufacturer service centre for repair / replacement.

Warranty return is guided by the warranty policy of the Manufacturer and Tryitfirst.in just acts as bridge and we are not the deciding authority for the Warranty Claim. The Manufacturer is the sole authority to approve or reject the Warranty Claim as submitted by the customer.

We generally process the returns within 2 working days after the approval of the warranty of defective product.

If the manufacturer certifies it is defective, and needs a replacement, Tryitfirst.in provides the replacement as per the Warranty Conditions

Inbox accessories are not covered as part of the warranty by multiple manufacturers.
