We do not force / impose the Trial delivery timing on our customers unlike other online shopping websites.

We give the freedom to our customer on when they want to Try the items from the available Trial Slots at their convinient address.

If the Trial Slot limit is exceeded, the respective slot will not be available for the Trial Order placement.

TIF Exective missed to service your Trial in selected slot? Or He is late to service?

We are committed to the Trial Time adherance. But in some particular situations TIF executive may miss to service the Timeline 

• During Heavy rainfall or waterlogging on roads due to rainfall
• Road connectivity challenges due to faulty roads or Road Diversions
• Road Closure due to repairing works
• Natural Calamities

In these situations, we will try to inform you earlier of the delay in the Trial Service and as a Service Gesture, you are eligible for an additional Discount of Rs 50, apart from any other discount applied earlier.

If you are unable to select the Trial Slot, there is a possibility as below

• All the trial slots for a week are full (though it is a very unlikely case, but possible due to heavy burst in some particular cases)
• You might have selected Direct Order / Non Trial Order
• You might have selected an address which we do not service for Trial
• You might be residing out of Hyderabad, where we still do not support the Trial

But you can avail the Warranty Assistance service if you buy from Tryitfirst.in, which no online shopping website or offline retailer provides.

NO, please do not TIP the TIF Executives, as it is against our employee policy to  ask for any TIP.

If the TIF Executive asks for TIP, please refain from doing it and inform our Customer with the Order number and we take the necessary disciplinary action against the TIF Executive.
