You can raise the Warranty Return from the Order and select the product which is defective. Select the problem you are facing and submit the request. 

Our Customer Support will get in touch to understand the problem and possibly provide the resolution. If it is unresolved over call / whatsapp, we will provide for a Free Pickup of your defective product and submit at the Manufacturer service centre for repair / replacement.

The Warranty is quided by the Manufacturer and it varies from brand to brand.

Warranty is provided by the Manufacturer of the Product and not by Tryitfirst.in.

Tryitfirst.in just acts as a Facilitator / Enabler for the Easy, hasslefree Warranty Claims to its customers.

Warranty return is guided by the warranty policy of the Manufacturer and Tryitfirst.in just acts as bridge and we are not the deciding authority for the Warranty Claim. The Manufacturer is the sole authority to approve or reject the Warranty Claim as submitted by the customer.

We generally process the returns within 2 working days after the approval of the warranty of defective product.

If the manufacturer certifies it is defective, and needs a replacement, Tryitfirst.in provides the replacement as per the Warranty Conditions

Inbox accessories are not covered as part of the warranty by multiple manufacturers.

Do visit the warranty conditions of the Product Manufacturer for detail of coverage.

No problem. Since we send you the Invoice PDF, even in case you lost your email, you can print the copy of your invoice from the Order Details.

Most companies do not process warranty without the box packing as it carries the product serial number for the warranty processing.

In General, it takes 2 - 10 days to process the Warranty Claims from the Manufacturer.

At Tryitfirst.in, we try to replace the product from our inventory, once we get a approval for your claim and it is fit for a replacement.

In case of repairs, we will ship it back to you once, the repair of the good is completed by the Manufactuer Service Provider

We provide the timely updates on your warranty via Email / sms / warranty request window.

 

We will provide you the acknowlegment of the claim that has been rejected.

Warranty Claims are guided by the Warranty Policy of the Product Manufacturer and they hold the Authority to approve or reject any warranty claim.

If you think your warranty claim has been incorrectly rejected, you approach the Manufacturer directly and re-process your Warranty Claim again.

Tryitfirst.in dies not charge any extra charge for it enablement of the Warranty Service.

Some of the Manufacturers charge a nominal service charge to process the Warranty Claim.

We will provide you the bill copy of the respective Manufacturer Service provider.
