Trial and Delivery Policy

We at "tryitfirst.in" are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship all the products through our employees only. We are in constant upgradation of serviceable pin-codes. As now we are operating Try and Buy only in Hyderabad and our operations will start soon in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and NCR region.

Trial Policy

  • Customer can select and choose upto 3 products for Trial
  • The Customer can choose any 1 Time slot from the Available 49 Time slots. ( 7 Slots per day for 7 days)
  • Trial will be done in person and our TIF Delivery Executive will come at the Ordered Location with the Products Ordered.
  • Trial Products will be out of box Original Trial Products and customer can Touch, Feel, Experience the Trial products.
  • Trial Product might not be of the same color as ordered. But the Buy product will be of same color as ordered.
  • Customer can Try the product for 20 Mins for free
  • Since the Trial is not for unlimited time and there is a need for us to service other orders Tryitfirst has the right to charge the Trial for the Trial time greater than 20 mins and the charges are as below
 
Upto 20 Mins Free
20 Min to 30 Mins Rs. 50 + GST
30 Mins to 40 Mins Rs. 100 + GST
40 Mins to 60 Mins Rs. 150+ GST

  

  • We will try our best to deliver within the time-slot, but it may be subject to delays during rainfalls, connectivity challenges due to faulty roads, natural calamities.
  • If TIF Executive Fails to Deliver the product within the selected slot if not due to above conditions, you are eligible for a Rs.100/- discount coupon for missing the TIF Delivery Promise.

 

How does the Tryitfirst.in deliver the products?

  • Orders are delivered to the customer in his/her selected time-slot at their address of choice.
  • Customers are requested to add Nearest Landmark to enable faster delivery of products.
  • We will try our best to deliver within the time-slot, but it may be subject to delays during rainfalls, connectivity challenges due to faulty roads, natural calamities.
  • The selection of the time-slot is subject to availability and we are continuously adding more TIF Delivery Executives time to time to support more deliveries in the time-slots
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
  • An order will stand canceled for the Incorrect address or customer not-available at the time of delivery.
  • The user can re-schedule the delivery (time-slot change) once per order. You can reach out to our customer service on WHATSAPP with Order ID and changes Time-slot.

 

What if the product I received is in damaged condition?

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Also, please call our customer care mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
