Order Cancellation and Returns FAQs
Its simple
Login to your account. Go to My Account --> My Orders tab --> You can cancel from the Order list.
Yes, if it not shipped yet, you can cancel the order.
If it is shipped, you cannot cancel from My Accounts page, but you can place a request to our Customer care and they will be happy to assist you.
Simple.
Call the customer care and they will be happy to assist you. They will help to add the product to your order from the backend.
To initiate a return, go to your order page and select the product you want to return and select the reason of return.

If the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
But you can get in touch with the Customer care and they will be happy to assist
Sir, Temporarily the COD have been disabled for Non-Hyderabad orders, as the Delivery Partners are not accepting COD Orders. We do not levy any additional cost for the COD Orders
